Lesson Details

Although not actually composed by Donald MacLeod – that honour goes to Jim Ritchie – this 2/4 march that is his namesake has a  a simple but effective melodic line. This tune, as with the other 4-parted tunes in the series, is well suited to those making the transition from playing only 2-parted tunes to playing 4-parted tunes.
