Lesson Details

Mary of Dunvegan falls into a small collection of tunes in the pipe repertoire that have three parts. The 4/4 rhythm of the tune is not overly demanding, allowing more attention to one of the key pieces of technique in the tune – the D throw.

This tune can be found in Donald MacLeod’s Book 3.
